Spacious rooms with a comfy bed and a Nespresso machine add a touch of luxury. The architecture reflects the grandeur of a French chateau, making for a visually stunning stay.

No swimming pool onsite, which feels like a missed opportunity for a 5-star hotel, although there are other options a short drive away. Room decor shows its age with dull colors and worn carpets, making it less inviting. Additionally, some rooms might overlook renovation areas with noisy AC units, which could bother sensitive guests. The bathroom water quality leaves something to be desired, with noticeable chlorine taste suggesting it isn’t adequately purified.

Our experience started rocky with a reservation mix-up, but thanks to Carlo, we were swiftly upgraded to a beautiful suite. The breathtaking view turned our stay around!

However, I did face a challenge initially, as the reservation cancellation left us frustrated just before our arrival, but it was soon resolved.

Spent 5 nights here, and wow, it felt like a royal escape! The lobby was stunning, and the breakfast buffet? Absolutely on point! Got to experience the poolside snack bar too, which was a treat. Just a heads up, the location can be a bit tricky to find if you don’t use GPS. Overall, loved it!

Had an amazing time with friends, soaking up the luxurious atmosphere. Loved the Theater of La Perle and the stunning Roof Gardens. Breakfast was a highlight with diverse options, especially the salmon! A shoutout to the friendly staff who made our stay even more special.
